These settings allow you to feature the core elements of a customer story—quote, rating, and source — so you can highlight your standout feedback and quickly earn new shoppers’ trust.

This setting assigns a visual star rating to each Testimonial block, reflecting the customer's satisfaction level.
Minimum value is 0.
Maximum value is 5.
Ratings increase in increments of 0.5.
The default value is 5.
Content
Use the rich text content field to enter your customer's feedback. You can format text for added clarity and emphasis.
