Overview

The Contact information block presents vital contact details—such as phone number, email, physical address, and operating hours—directly within your storefront. This block is designed for visibility and trust, making it easy for visitors to connect with your business quickly. You can customize fields, captions, headings, icons, and even integrate social media icons to suit your branding and communication needs.

⚠️ Important: Keeping the Contact information block current helps your business earn trust and lets customers know exactly how to reach you.

Content settings

Content settings determine what details appear in the Contact information block and how those details are presented. Clear and effective configuration improves customer access and encourages inquiries.

You can use these settings to tailor your contact details to your changing needs. Direct, clearly presented information ensures visitors can take immediate action.

Icon

Use an icon to visually highlight the nature of your contact area. An appropriate icon increases visibility and helps users recognize this section at a glance.

Caption

A short caption can be added below the icon or heading. This offers extra context or a prompt—such as inviting users to connect or explaining the best method to get in touch.

Heading

The main title for the contact area helps users instantly recognize your contact block. The default value is Contact information. You can customize this to match your tone or clarify the section's focus.

Heading size

The Heading size setting lets you choose from predefined text scales used consistently across your storefront. Each option defines the visual weight and hierarchy of your banner or section headings.

Available options:

  • Extra small (XS) — Subtle, compact headings ideal for tight layouts or mobile.

  • Small (S) — Balanced size for secondary emphasis or supporting titles.

  • Medium (M) — The standard heading size for most content sections.

  • Large (L) — Prominent headings suited for key sections and hero banners.

  • Extra large (XL) — Bold, attention-grabbing titles used for major highlights.

  • Jumbo — Oversized statement headings for hero visuals or impactful promotions.

📝 Note: These size presets help maintain consistent typography throughout your shop. When you update a size in Fonts → Heading fonts, it automatically applies everywhere that preset is used.
